Eric Wolff holds a PhD in Chemical engineering. Since 2011 he is Senior Vice President Quality and Environment, Health and Safety at L’Oréal. Eric has also been operational manager, responsible for more than 300 co-workers. As manager he is known for his people-oriented approach and promoting collaborative work. There is a number of hands-on evidence and achievements where Eric has been directly involved and responsible.  The outcome has improved customer experience and huge savings have been done.
