The European Commission published two new draft regulations for comments:
• Draft Delegated Regulation by laying down conformity assessment procedures for products that come into contact with water intended for human consumption and the rules for the designation of conformity assessment bodies involved in those procedures; and
• proposed Regulation on preventing plastic pellet losses to reduce microplastic pollution.
Both include accreditation and conformity assessment provisions. You find more information in the enclosed list of EU legislations in progress.
