Patrick Mongillon was elected President of the European Organization for Quality (EOQ) this summer, and also serves as Vice-President of France’s professional body for quality professionals, France Qualité.
Here, he shares his thoughts on some of the challenges and opportunities facing the quality profession in Europe, and looks ahead to next year’s EOQ Congress in Reims.
